Watch as Karen Rohlf changes an old pattern of brace between a horse and rider. You will learn how to work with your horse to build trust and relaxation, while creating improved alignment, balance, posture, and movement. 

Creating roundness, throughness, and a healthy posture is not about ‘getting on the bit’ or ‘taking contact' with only the head and neck. It is about trust of the aids, balance of the body, and quality communication with your horse.
